Clients must appoint a CDM Coordinator for most construction work which is to last 30 days or more. This legal duty forms part of The Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2007 and is intended to assist in the successful co-ordination of projects to achieve better design and safer build.

Early appointment can potentially make savings to a project and provides another professional body to give assistance to the construction process.

Temple Safety Ltd has acted as CDM-Coordinator in most areas of construction and will gladly carry out this role on projects large and small. The degree of input will be advised depending upon the complexity of the project and will be discussed and agreed prior to appointment.
